Frequently Asked Questions for Detroit Limo
Sorry, no. All of our peak hour rentals (after 7pm) require a six hour minimum rental. However, some wedding packages earlier in the day can be rented for fewer hours. Contact us to find out more! Our booking agents always have up to date information, so don't be afraid to contact us at any time.
Can I rent a vehicle from you for just 1 hour?
No. Smoking is not permitted on any of the buses at any time. We do this to ensure that our vehicles remain in as close to new condition as possible for future clients. Any smoking on the vehicles may result in a cleaning fee. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
Can we smoke on the buses?
All of our rentals include unlimited stops and mileage, so the only restriction in this regard is the time you have rented from us. You are welcome to go as far as you'd like, as long as it falls within your paid time allotment. For example if you're in your last hour of rental we would not be able to drive you from Detroit to Lansing (a 2 hour one-way trip). Are there restrictions on how far we can travel on your vehicles?
Our vehicles are definitely different that others you may find. To being, they have state of the art features and custom interiors. But not only that, our vehicles are all maintained regularly. Before and after each and every run our fantastic team inspects the vehicles to make sure they are clean and in working order. We work hard to keep all the features inside the bus working properly. We also keep up on engine maintenance.

You'll be glad to know that we're available to you 24/7! We are available every day all day, including holidays! We're here any time you need us, so just give us a call at your earliest convenience!
What are your hours?
Yes! One of the benefits of renting a DOT registered vehicle is that alcoholic beverages are allowed to be consumed in our vehicles! But keep in mind that you MUST be of legal drinking age.
Is the consumption of alcohol permitted on your vehicles?
No, we cannot provide alcohol for you. You may bring as much alcohol on board as you wish, provided that you are of legal drinking age.
Do you provide alcohol?
We service the entire state of Michigan so you can go anywhere you'd like! Unfortunately, that doesn't include the airport, but anywhere other than that is fair game.
How far can I go?
One of the absolute best things about our transportation service is that your run will come with unlimited stops and unlimited mileage. This means you can stop wherever you'd like, how many times you'd like! This is especially helpful for smoke breaks and bathroom breaks. Keep in mind that it's as many as you'd like! Unlimited stops and unlimited mileage are included in your rental! If you have any questions about this, just give one of our booking representatives a call at your earliest convenience.
How many stops can I make?
There are no hidden fees. Our rentals include unlimited stops and mileage and are adjusted to reflect the cost of gas a minimal gratuity for your driver (unlike some companies who will quote you an extremely low price and then charge you extra for fuel and mileage). The only time there would be additional fees is if you go over your paid time, you damage something beyond normal wear and tear, or you smoke on one of our vehicles.
